I have hard work, sacrifices and dedication to thank for this $1,000 parcel. I have been working on Sunday’s when Rocco is with his dad. Whilst this is not my desired way to spend my day off, it does feel good to see and feel myself progressing and getting closer and closer to my goal.
And because I am running behind schedule, I realise that I will need to sacrifice more weekends to take on extra jobs that can bring in some extra cash for The $1,000 Project. But deep down, I know it is worth it.
I chose to diversify the SugarMamma portfolio by adding a new stock to the portfolio. Treasury Wines (TWE), I don’t have any exposure to the Australian Wine industry, so this will add some valuable diversification and help spread my investment risk. This stock’s estimated yield is only 3% as it is more of a growth stock, so my estimated passive income is $30…taking my total estimated passive income to $2,160 p.a. (representing 54% success towards my ultimate goal).
